Various ways to donate online via Zelle/Paypal/Cheque/Credit Card/Wire Transfer or at temple:

1. Are you looking to donate and have your company match donation(s)

1. Donate using the options below.
   • Using Zelle Id: nitin@bayvp.org
   • Using PayPal Id: @BAYVP
     
   • Using credit card – call temple at 408-586-0006
   • Make check payable to BAYVP

3. Log your donation in your company’s matching portal.
4. Search for BAYVP/Shreemaya Krishnadham or Eid: 02-0647810
5. Notify the below email addresses once the match check is mailed.
   • Once your company issues check(can take upto 3 months), please inform bayvp.matching@gmail.com, info@bayvp.org and        bayvpfrontdesk@gmail.com when your company mails the check.
     Subject line :
     Company Match Donation, with your First, Last name, contact number and company name.

Is your company any of the following OR your company NOT listed then follow these steps.

Steps to Match:

1. Donate using the options below.

   • Using credit card – call temple at 408-586-0006
   • Make check payable to SCS

3. Log your donation in your company’s matching portal.
4. Search for Shreemaya Community Services or Eid: 26-4772584
5. Notify the below email addresses once the match check is mailed.
   • Once your company issues check(can take upto 3 months), please inform bayvp.matching@gmail.com, info@bayvp.org and        bayvpfrontdesk@gmail.com when your company mails the check.

     Company Match Donation, with your First, Last name, contact number and company name.

2. General Temple Donations (No Company Match)

7. Can I donate via DAF (Donor Advisory Fund)

• Yes, In Past, Donors have instructed their DAF (Donor Advisory Fund) provider to send funds to us.

8. Can I donate 401K RMD

• For 401K Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) donations, email info@bayvp.org with 401K RMD Donation Question.
• Email us with Subject line : 401K RMD ?
  With your First, Last name, contact number and company name.

9. Can I donate Car

• Donate your used car through our partner: Careasy.org.

10. Can I nominate BAYVP to my life insurance benefits?

• Yes, In Past, Donors nominate us & we received donations.

11. Can I setup endowment ?

• Yes, we have had this in past.

12. Volunteer and Get $$ matched by company

(Check with your company if they donate for volunteer hours)

1. Volunteer at the organization, speak to lead for logging hours
2. On your company volunteer hours match look for Shreemay Community Service, EID : 26-4772584
3. Submit hours
4. Inform info@bayvp.org, bayvp.matching@gmail.com and bayvpfrontdesk@gmail.com when your company mails check.
   Email us with Subject line: Volunteers Hours Match
   With your First, Last name, contact number.
